How orders work

When you add an item to your cart and check out, or use a "Shop Now" button on a product, your request is sent to us as an enquiry rather than as an automatic online payment. One of our team members will then contact you directly, using the phone number or email you provide, to confirm the item, quantity, price, and delivery or pickup details. At this stage we will also share our Mobile Money details or other accepted payment method so you can complete the transaction. Your order is only confirmed once you have made this payment and our team has verified it, we do not consider an enquiry to be a completed sale until payment has been confirmed on our end.

We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if an item is genuinely out of stock, if we are unable to verify the details you provided, or if we reasonably suspect the order is fraudulent. If we decline an order after you have already paid, we will refund you in full using the same payment method.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location relative to our store in Buea, and full details are available on our Shipping Policy page. You may also choose to collect your order in person from our store at Sosoliso Papergate Building, Buea, at no additional cost. Estimated delivery timeframes are confirmed with you directly by our team once your order is placed, since these can vary depending on your location and the item's availability.
